Midwest Legal Partners PLLC provides employers with counseling at every step and level in the workplace. We provide onsite or web training to employees and management regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other employment matters.

We provide strategies and detailed plans for performance improvement and efficiency within our clients' workforce. Further, we counsel employers in regards to employee discipline, benefits, leave, and reductions in force.

Whether we are conducting an exit interview or compliance training, we counsel employers every step of the way.

Employment Law Tools and Guidance

At Midwest Legal Partners, we provide employers with practical employment law tools and guidance for addressing a wide array of workplace issues while working with management to establish effective employee policies and procedures.

Our team helps employers navigate the ever-changing arena of employment law, including federal, state, and local laws. We analyze creative and innovative solutions to provide employers guidance on promoting employee job satisfaction, employee morale, reducing workplace harassment and violence, and guiding employers through employment law compliance issues. Additionally, our attorneys work closely with employers to avoid employment law litigation. If litigation does arise, we prepare employers to be in a strategic position to successfully defend themselves.
